    3. Remote Assistance: Remote Assistance is a convenient way for us to connect to your computer with your permission. We will be able to identify issues or walk you through a solution remotely. With Remote Assistance all sessions are encrypted and password protected. Additional charges may apply depending on your package.
    4. Web Security: Web Security monitors web traffic and blocks malicious sites that are trying to attack you. Block phishing sites; Phishing is where a fraudulent web site tries to look like your financial bank web site. This service can also allow us to block web sites based on your preferences i.e. blocking web sites not suitable for children or web sites that have content you do not wish to see.
    5. Patch Management: We automatically apply software patches and Microsoft updates. Patches are fixes for improvement to your computer programming. Updates are changes and improvements to your operating system.
